Privacy PolicyBug Report

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At personnel.ink, your privacy and security are our top priorities. We’re dedicated to providing a safe, trustworthy experience by using best‐in‐class practices to protect any information you share with us. The policies below outline our commitment and how we safeguard your data.

Data We Collect

We collect information in two key ways. First, we gather anonymized, aggregated data—like which parts of our site are most frequently visited and what services are most popular—to help us continuously improve our offerings. In addition, we capture each visitor’s IP address for troubleshooting, analytics, security, and ensuring a reliable user experience.

Rest assured, your IP address is used solely to diagnose server issues, enhance site performance, and maintain the security of your data. Any sharing of this aggregated information occurs only with trusted partners and always without revealing your personal identity.

Your Personal Information

When you register with personnel.ink, we ask for details that include—without limitation—a valid email address, your name, address, and phone number, along with interests and other relevant information. We use this data solely to create an account, facilitate personalized service, and, when permitted, to keep you informed about important updates or offerings.

We may share aggregate, anonymous information with selected partners purely for the purpose of enhancing our system. However, we will never disclose your personal details—such as your name, address, email, or phone number—to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law or necessary for legal proceedings.

If you opt in to receive communications, we may use your information to alert you to new products, services, or site updates. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions in our emails or on our support page.

Please remember that if you voluntarily display your personal information online, third parties might be able to collect and use it. We encourage you to share only what you’re comfortable with.

Resumes & Job Seeker Data

Since personnel.ink offers job search services, resumes and related data are stored in our secure database. You have full control over your resume’s visibility:

• Keeping it “deactivated” means your resume remains private and is used only for direct job applications, never searchable by employers.

• “Activating” your resume makes it searchable by employers and recruiters who subscribe to our talent database. While we make every effort to restrict access to legitimate hiring professionals, we cannot guarantee unparalleled privacy once the data is shared.

You can switch your resume status any time. However, please note that third parties who have previously accessed your resume may retain a copy in their records.

Managing Your Account Information

You have complete control over your personal information on personnel.ink. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your settings, and update or remove your details as needed. We encourage you to keep your information current to ensure the best possible service.

Cookies & Site Tracking

To enhance your experience, personnel.ink uses browser cookies—small text files placed on your device—to remember your preferences, track site usage, and improve our overall performance. While you can disable cookies in your browser settings, doing so may limit certain features and diminish your overall experience.

Information for Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We believe that minors should obtain parental consent before providing any data. If you believe a child has provided information without such consent, please contact us so that we can promptly address the issue.

Policy Updates

personnel.ink may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version on our site and update the effective date. This ensures you always know what information we collect and how we use it.

If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy practices at any point, please feel free to reach out to us.
