How do I apply with personnel.ink?

Visit one of our Office Locations to complete an application in person. Please bring legal ID for I?9 purposes (such as your Social Security card, Passport, or Driver’s License). Interviews typically last 30 to 45 minutes.

Creating an account is free and takes just a few moments—your account securely stores your personal and resume details, which you can update at any time.

How do I get a job?

When a client places an order, we proactively contact qualified candidates from our database. If you're selected, you'll receive all the details: company name, location, hours, dress code, pay rate, and job description.

How long are potential assignments?

Assignments can range from a few hours to several months. You might even have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. Before you accept an assignment, be sure it fits your schedule and needs. Once an assignment wraps up, please let us know so we can keep your file current.

Do I owe personnel.ink anything for their services?

No – our services are completely free of charge.

How do I get paid?

We process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis – the schedule depends on the client company you work for.

Who is my actual employer?

When we send you to a client, personnel.ink becomes your employer of record. This means we manage payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and unemployment insurance. If you have any employment-related questions, please reach out to personnel.ink.

What is the Hazard Communication Standard?

The Hazard Communication Standard implements the “Right to Know” Act in the workplace. It sets the requirements for informing employees about hazardous chemicals. Federal law requires all states to comply with these regulations.

What if I am injured on the job?

Immediately inform your supervisor if you're injured. We maintain workers' compensation for all our employees, and you're required to file a "first report of injury" within 48 hours. Failure to do so might affect your claim.

Do you have a drug and alcohol policy?

Yes. To protect everyone’s safety, we enforce a strict drug and alcohol policy. We conduct pre-employment, random, and post-accident testing. We are proud to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace!
