More recently, UMN has also come out with additional Rapid In-Home Test Kits which sell for $20 each to test for Blood Glucose, Blood Typing, PSA and Tri-Cholesterol. As a distributor, you will be able to set up all of your accounts with the capability  of offering all of their patients and/or members all of these test kits featuring breakthrough patented technology, rapid results in just minutes, convenient in home testing, accurate and easy to read results, cost effective, disposable and each with step by step instructions. When individuals use these latter test kits, they end up ordering supplements generally for the rest of their lives—this is all repeat business for your accounts and for you as a distributor.  

 

UMN has just announced another whole line of drug sales as part of their program to their distributors. As it turns out in the past 9 months over 1,000,000 people in the U.S. have spent over $1 billion on drugs in Canada. Because Canada has a socialized medical program for all of their residents, individuals in Canada can buy the same life supporting drugs in Canada at costs of 50-80% less than we can buy them for ourselves in this country. As a distributor with UMN, you will be in a position to immediately begin offering the same low rates to individuals in this country in your territory and get overrides on these drugs or generic drugs. This is legal provided that the paperwork is processed through UMN and the orders going to Canada include a prescription for 90 day’s supply. This is going to be one massive market within the next couple of years because the regulatory agencies are allowing Americans to take advantage of the low rates as long as they are only ordering drugs for their own use and only order a 90 day supply for themselves. Be sure you talk to Joseph about how you will be able to take advantage of this new marketing program as a distributor in your area. People have to buy these drugs and they generally buy them for the rest of their lives. Once you open these accounts and save individuals as much as 50-80% on their drug purchases, you should have a steady stream of income from these accounts for several years. If you open new accounts and each account buys on average $250 worth of drugs through you every 90 days, you make 10% override per quarter. Joe will discuss with you ways to open many more than 1,000 accounts every 3-6 months. Medicare does not pay for these drugs and most of the people in their 60’s and older have to lay out as much as $400 to $500 a month to pay for these drugs. This is a Godsend program for these people!

 

In order to gain market share as quickly as possible, UMN has partnered with Global Health and Wellness Group, Inc. to market a distributorship program nationally which, in turn, will market the test kits to the health and wellness industry mentioned above. Each of these organizations would end up selling millions of vitamins by marketing the test kits to their hundreds and thousands of members and you, the distributor, in a protected territory of 1,000,000 population, would end up making overrides of as much or more than you might expect to make in any job after you have introduced the test kits to all of the health and wellness organizations in your territory. For example, if you introduce the medical test kits to one chiropractor and he markets the medical test kits to all of his 2,500 or more patients, he could end up earning more money every year from the resultant sale of vitamins than he can ever make from his practice. As a distributor, you would make again almost as much in overrides and residual income as the chiropractor. The same is true of a health club or a physical therapist. Wait until you see the program they offer to doctors including stock in their company for their participation to insure that we have many doctors throughout the country recommending this program to their patients.

 

 If you hit it and work your territory for about 6 months, you should end up making a considerable amount of money the first year and as much or more the following years in residual income. Although there are no franchise fees, there are some minimal costs of $9,995 to get started as there would be with any new business, such as a web site and sufficient marketing materials to get you up and running right away. If all it takes to get started is $9,995 then this is a small price to pay for a business where your can earn as much as you might expect to earn from an very high paying job the first year and as much or more again each year thereafter in residual income for years to come. If you feel that you can do this work and you want the distributorship, you should do everything you can to figure out a way to get the necessary funds to get started. 

 

Don’t let $9,995 keep you from making the kind of money you would like to make this year and for years thereafter. As the saying goes, you should “beg, borrow or steal” to get started in this business—well maybe not steal but two out of three might work. There are plenty of people you know right now who might be willing to loan you the start up funds you need to get going in this business—people who believe in you and your abilities to make money if given the chance. How about a partner or a silent partner? Offer them 10% of your earnings for their investment of $9,995 in you. There are many people out there who would like to own a business but won’t quit their job to get into one. They might be willing to invest in you and your business if you are willing to work full time running it. Once you get trained, which only take a couple of days or less on-line and get your marketing materials, you should be able to start marketing the medical test kits to health clubs, fitness centers, health spas, chiropractors, physical therapists and rehabilitation centers.

 

Usually, the hardest part about going into business for your self is the idea of giving up a salaried job to do something on your own which pays you for your efforts however little or much you are willing to put into it. In your case you may be out of work now and don’t have to decide whether you want to give up a salaried job. This may be your lucky day because you may not have too many other alternatives to do anything that pays even remotely as much as you could earn in a business such as this working for yourself. Whatever you do, will be up to you but be assured that if you do this and you follow all the instructions Joseph Langner gives you, you will be successful and you will make far more money doing this in 2003 than anything else you are going to come up with which may only be just another stop-gap job until you get let go again or burn out before you retire.
